Abeta’s Panel technicians are all ticketed, or in “layman’s terms” qualified Panel Beater tradesmen.
As car models, their structures and compositions rapidly change, so do the required repair methods and processes change.
Our Panel Technicians receive ongoing training & certification in the latest repair methods, changing car technologies and correct method of use for all equipment.
This training includes I-Car courses (providing individual & shop certification), Tafe Advanced Body Repair courses (AURSS00023 & AURSS00024), Car-O-Liner measuring and welding equipment and other product and equipment supplier training.
Abeta utilise and maintain the latest repair equipment.
We are also working towards being an I-Car Gold recognized shop. Plus as a part of the DeBeer Quality First Program our refinish technicians receive additional training and certification.
Repair Methods
Repairs follow Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications (OEM’s). Why is this important?
- Fit
- Safety
- Structural integrity
Car manufacturer’s (not all as yet) provide detailed specifications of the composition and how nominated parts of individual cars are to be repaired.
Abeta subscribe to the largest OEM provider and also, where available, direct with car manufacturers ensuring the latest repair information is available.
Whilst your car is under new car warranty no second hand or aftermarket products will be used.
